“My expertise covers a range of customer-focused, sales-orientated management
roles. I joined the Guardian in 1995 as Recruitment Sales Manager, helping
them establish a presence in Scotland. Later, I started up Feather Brooksbank Recruitment, which I grew from nothing to a business with more than £9m
turnover in around ten years.
I’ve worked on the board of a £100m company. I’ve run a full P&L for more
than five years. I’ve managed a large, creative-led business. With Momentum
SPK, I now help clients grow income and cut costs, delivering mentoring and business support services to a variety of organisations - from AEGON, Sky and Standard Life, to Aberdeenshire CC, Cosla and Burness.
I offer a range of services, but my biggest strength is in helping clients produce
cost-effective recruitment and attraction strategies. I'm all about partnership
working - with a wide network of contacts that provide expertise in a huge
range of different areas.
